Annual Giving Campaign
Annual Giving Campaign donations can be designated to either the scholarship program or the Ethyl Grant program. You can select that your donation be made in honor or memory of someone special.

FRED Tax Donors
FRED's latest fundraising campaign pokes a little fun at Uncle Sam while raising awareness for FRED programs. Within the next few weeks, each OPASTCO company will receive a "FRED Tax Form". Companies can choose from two selections: the long, complicated form, or the short, simple form. The long form includes deductions taken for having nominated a student for a FRED scholarship or making a donation to FRED's Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief fund. Conversely, additions are required if no company representative bought a FRED Luau ticket at the last convention or read the last issue of the FRED Focus. After reading the entire form (and the disclaimer at the bottom of the page), members will discover that there are no FRED taxes due but their financial support is greatly needed for FRED programs. FRED plans to provide more than $160,000 in grants, scholarships and awards in 2008, and support of this fundraising campaign will help the organization reach that goal. Donations are tax-deductible and will go directly to customers and communities of OPASTCO members. We hope everyone plays along, has a little fun and ultimately makes a donation in support of FRED programs!

In-Kind Donors
Each year, FRED receives more than $60,000 of in-kind services that greatly help the Foundation meet its goal of keeping overhead costs as low as possible. These donated services ensure that more of the money raised through fundraising efforts can go back to rural communities served by OPASTCO members.

FRED Event Sponsors
Sponsorships at FRED events are an excellent and very visible opportunity to show your support for FRED and the programs that benefit OPASTCO members' communities. At each OPASTCO Convention, FRED hosts a fundraising event that is attended by most convention registrants.

FRED accepts general donations year round. These donations can be sent to the FRED office. Additional the donation can be made in honor or memory of someone special.
